The cottage is situated in a small courtyard between Skidden Hill and the Warren where it is just a short walk to the town, shops, harbour and beaches. It has been tastefully furnished and has a decidedly seaside 'New England' feel.

Ground Floor: Entrance room/snug. Kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with bath with shower over, washbasin and wc.

First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 2ft 9in bunk beds. Sitting room with views over the harbour and TV/DVD and freeview, iPod dock/CD player.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating - gas central heating. Duvets and bed linen provided but visitors must bring their own towels. No parking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
