Street-an-Garrow is situated close to the town centre and shops and a short walk from the harbour and beaches. The accommodation has been comfortably furnished and well equipped and has the benefit of a good sized rear courtyard/patio with furniture and a parking space at the front of the house.
Ground Floor: Entrance from parking space into hallway. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Gaggia Baby D coffee machine and door to patio. Lounge with wide screen 40" LED HD TV with Sky HD+ including Sky World with sports and movie channels surround sound, CD/hi-fi, DVD, through to Dining room with additional seating, a large selection of games and doors to patio.
Open staircase from hallway (may not suitable for young children or the infirm) to First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, 19ins TV/DVD and I-Pod dock. Bedroom with metal 4ft 6in bed with 3ft bunk over, 19ins TV/DVD, I-Pod dock and travel cot. Shower room with large cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.
Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own bed linen and towels. Parking for 1 medium size car (16’ x 7’ 8” approx). Telephone for incoming calls. Holiday membership at St Ives Leisure Centre included. No pets. WiFi. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
