This light and airy house is situated in a secluded location just off Street-an-Pol and within walking distance of all amenities and local beaches. It is ideal for a family holiday. The property is equipped and furnished to a high standard. There is a small shed outside which is full of all the equipment needed for a great beach holiday - windbreaks, surf boards, even bucket and spades.
Ground floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed. Shower room with walk in shower, washbasin, wc, shaver point and heated towel rail. Open plan Kitchen/lounge/diner. Kitchen area with electric oven, gas hob and fridge. Lounge area with Sofa bed, TV, DVD and Freeview, recessed area houses microwave and washing machine, spiral staircase to first floor (may not be suitable for young children or the elderly)
First floor: Bedroom with a captain's bed, large flatscreen TV and bifold doors. Bedroom with 2x3ft beds and flatscreen TV.
Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets and bed linen provided but visitors must bring their own towels. 1 small dog allowed. No Parking. No Smoking. Damage deposit £100.
