Tucked away off The Digey in the old part of the town, this compact cottage is close to the shops, beaches and Tate Gallery. There is pedestrian access only to the cottage which has been comfortably furnished and well equipped.

Ground Floor: Entrance into hallway. Lounge/kitchen with dividing breakfast bar with stools for dining, electric cooker, washer/drier, fridge, microwave, widescreen TV and DVD. Shower room including washbasin. Separate wc. Steep open stairs (may not be suitable for young children) to First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan with ornate metal headboard. Bedroom with 3ft bed.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating – night store heaters. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own bed linen and towels. No parking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
