This bright and airy ‘reverse plan’ house is tucked away off Fore Street enjoying a peaceful location in what is a very popular area. The house has been tastefully modernised and well equipped to a high standard and has the advantage of a garden, decked patio area and conservatory. Because of the entrance steps and the split-level style of this property we do not consider it to be suitable for young children or the elderly.
Entrance up a flight of steps from Fore Street to Academy Place, a further 9 steps and through to the garden of the house including a decked area with furniture.
Main entrance into a furnished conservatory and 2 steps down to a large open plan room including Kitchen with electric double oven, gas hob and stainless steel hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/drier. A dining bar separates the Kitchen from the Lounge area which includes TV, DVD and CD/hi-fi unit. Stairs to Lower Ground Floor: 3 steps to Bedroom with 5ft bed. 3 steps to Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, TV and DVD. Both bedrooms have their own entrance but there is also a connecting door between the two. Bathroom with Jacuzzi corner bath, separate shower cubicle, glass wash basin and wc.
Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating - gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own bed linen and towels. No parking. No smoking. No pets. Damage deposit £100.
