This cottage is situated in a traffic free cobbled lane in the old part of St Ives. The harbour and shops are approximately 50 yards away and all of the beaches can be reached within a few minutes walk.

Steep staircase (may not be suitable for young children or the elderly) leading to the lounge. First Floor: Lounge with wooden floorboards, Flatscreen TV with freeview, DVD and Hi-Fi. Steep staircase (may not be suitable for young children or the elderly) leading to Second Floor: Bedroom with 5ft bed. Bedroom with 2x 2ft 6ins bunk beds and hand basin. Bedroom with 2ft 6ins single bed and hand basin.
